This year marks the 10th Anniversary of the opening of our beautiful centre in Shrewsbury. Alongside our usual Buddha Day festival we are creating a weekend of special events.
This will include a plant sale, cake sale, art stall, meditations, a presentation on the renovation of the centre and a visit from our MP Julia Buckley on the Saturday and a joyous festival day on the Sunday from 10am.
All welcome.
A weekend retreat at Taraloka, open to all sangha members. This year's theme is Ksanti.
We will look at how we are always already at home in the world, in this moment – and how the seeming separation we might experience is an illusion that can cause us pain.
We will explore, in direct experience, how to be present to every moment: how we arise together with nature and with each other.
We will move and meditate – and weather permitting, outside as well as in the shrine room.

A lovely and spacious time to chat and connect. All are welcome.
