We have weekly drop-in classes, special events and run regular courses in both meditation and Buddhism.
Saturday Sangha
Saturdays 10am to 11am & 11:30am to 12:30pm
Weekly drop-in taster sessions of meditation followed by an introduction to the Buddha's teachings. No need to book; just feel free to come for both or either session. Open to all.
Midweek Sangha
Wednesdays from 7pm to 9pm
An ongoing class of talks, discussions, pujas, and meditation in which we deepen our understanding of the Buddhist Path practised within the Triratna Community. Suitable for those who have already attended some of our short courses or Saturday morning drop-ins.

Thursdays 7:15pm to 8:50pm at The Wakes Community Centre
Drop-in meditation and Buddhism class. Run in Telford & Wrekin by a friendly team from our Centre. Open to all.
Morning Meditation
Every day on Zoom at 7am & Fridays in-person at 8am
Practice the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana with others. Open to anyone who has experience with these meditations.
Sub-30 Group
2nd Friday of the month at 7:15pm to 9pm
We are a community of people aged 18-30 who want to explore the teachings of the Buddha in a way that is relevant to our modern world.
Chanting Workshop
Thursday Aug 15th at 7:15pm to 9pm
No rehearsals, no commitments - just the pure joy of chanting together. Ideal for anyone wanting to learn more about mantras.
Wellbeing activities
Our centre is also used by local teachers offering wellbeing classes.
