The Mat Pilates class help to stay mobile, maintaining the spine flexible and increase muscle and core strength.
The classes vary each time, giving to people the possibility to challenge their body by learning new exercises and move those muscle that normally are not used much but we know they are the great support for the rest of the body.
With the Pilates Freeflow classes and the use of different props like triad ball or resistance bands, people will improve different ability like coordination, stability, balance, strength, sense of rhythm, concentration and focus.
