We are a community of people aged 18-35 who want to explore the teachings of the Buddha in a way that is relevant to us, in this stage of our lives.
We meet monthly to connect with one another, transform our perspectives, and form spiritual friendships. The evening will consist of meditation, talks and discussion, and a social space. Everyone is welcome; you don’t need any experience in Buddhist practice or meditation.
It is free to attend, although we have a donations bowl in our bookshop if you’d like to contribute.
