How do we, in actual lived practice, open ourselves to the 'transcendental element' and let our mistaken stories of self and world fall away? Meditation retreat exploring spiritual death, spiritual rebirth and spiritual receptivity.
B&B Accommodation will be provided by Shrewsbury Sangha Members for Friday and Saturday evenings. If you do need accommodation, please email the retreat coordinators: shrewsburyretreat26@gmail.com to make arrangements.
Full details of the timings will be provided nearer to the time, but the event starts with supper at Shrewsbury Buddhist Centre on the Friday evening.
For the weekend, we ask for a non-refundable £50 deposit when you book to secure your place.
