Compliments, concerns, and complaints

Sharing your appreciation

We love hearing about your positive experiences at the Buddhist Centre! If something has made a difference for you, please let us know. You can email the Centre coordinator at coordinator@shrewsburybuddhistcentre.co.uk to share your thoughts.

If something’s not right

Sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you have a concern or a complaint, we’re here to listen and help. Your feedback helps us learn and grow, and we’re committed to finding fair solutions together.

What’s the difference between a concern and a complaint?

A concern is when you’re worried or unsure about something that's going on in the centre and want reassurance. A complaint is when you’re unhappy with something that’s happened or hasn’t happened. We’re here to support you with both.

About conflicts

Disagreements or misunderstandings can happen to anyone. If you need support, please reach out to our team. Sometimes, a friendly chat or mediation is the best way forward.

How to raise a concern

Often, the quickest way to resolve a concern is to talk directly with the person leading the activity or event. If you’re not sure who to speak to, or if you need more help, please contact our Chair, Akasharaja, at 07528 369502 or akasaraja@gmail.com. If things can’t be sorted out directly, Akasharaja will guide you on the next steps, which may involve making a formal complaint.

Respecting privacy

To keep things comfortable for everyone, please only share information with those who need to know. This will help us support you discreetly and prevent unnecessary worry.

Thank you!

Thank you for being part of our community. Your feedback, whether positive or constructive, helps us create a welcoming and supportive space for all.
