Rainy Season Retreat

Following on from the very successful Rainy Season Retreat earlier this year, we are planning to do it again in 2026.

This time our theme will be the wonderful Lojong (or "Mind Training") teachings. These consist of 59 pithy slogans that can be reflected on as a guide to our practice, particularly in our everyday life. They are especially focused on Compassion and the Bodhicitta (or "Will to Enlightenment"). Two Swedish Order Members have written a book on this topic "Train Your Mind" and will be joining us via Zoom for 2 of our Wednesday evening Sangha Nights.

We've a great programme lined up, with lots of meditation and puja (of course) as well as a Dharma Quiz, Skills Auction, Chanting Workshops, Creative activities and walks (and more!). It'll be an opportunity to wholeheartedly immerse ourselves in practice WITH our Sangha.

Falling between two full moons, it will run from January 4th-31st.
